I'd heard that he'd torn his bicep playing in the u20's I think v Fev and had popped his shoulder too. Best decision has he needs to put himself first being only 30.

Obviously he won't have taken the decision lightly and it must have been only very recent as KH mentioned that he had spoke about him going to York for a few games at Tuesdays meeting.

Would have loved to have seen him in a Fax shirt for a season or so but not to be.

That's a shame, it would have been like having a new player if we had got him back fit.

Big shame for Iain. But it's the right decision as he's had a bad run and if he keeps trying too much he may do some pernament damage to himself. And no one wants that in the name of sport.

I heard yesterday that Nanyn is injured again. Do have to wonder if he's going to end up doing the same
