I'm not well up on the salary cap rules etc mate. If there's an additional adding on of points for an unsuccessful appeal then I would doubt they'd bother. Plus it's not as if they're exactly flush given what's happened with various coaches over the past few months, so I reckon he'll cut his losses and just take the points.

I don't think they are going to be the last to be deducted points this season as the RFL said they were investigating several clubs. Would not supprise me if some findings are only reported after this season has ended. Especially after this weeks goings on. Hold on to your hats.

Especially when you consider our recent deduction was because of a breach in 2010. Unfair to speculate on other clubs though (apart from the Smogs, of course).

I get the impression that they may have tried to cover their tracks with the breach and/or were close to another breach at the same time, so the theory is that they have to be much more careful with their finances with a suspended deduction hanging over their heads.

we all said month ago barrow would get a deduction, maybe our luck is in and a certain side lose 6 points too
