Being laid up with a bad back & not finding much magic in a half empty St James Park, my thoughts turned to a matchday team of scrumhalves. In no particular order:

Any one of those would improve the current team immeasurably. Somewhat relieved not to include James Meadows but would even take him in our current situation, no offence James.
