Rumours gathering pace that we're taking Luke Thompson from the doggies for next season and Burgess being sent the other way. Thompson is homesick and wants a return but can't fit under Saints' cap. 2 year deal.

That seems to put that rumour to bed for the next two years. 
Perhaps the journos can now move on to someone else and some other club re rumours of players back to the NRL.

Redvee has already highlighted three players that are leaving Field, Miski and Keighran. Perhaps they are desperate for us to be weakened.
