Wouldn't surprise me if Miski was asked if he could get through the last couple of games knowing Keighran was coming back this week. Abbas has done a great job as he always does. Perhaps they'll send him for the surgery now and go with Eckersley on the wing going forward.


Thompson being available makes me much more confident. 


I would start Brad O'Neill assuming the coaching staff feel he's ready for it - for me he's a different level to Leeming although he can hopefully still be very effective making an impact off the bench.


Will be a very tough game regardless - great to see the improvement of Hull this year. Whether they can maintain their form throughout the year is the big question.

Our form may go later in the season but it may improve when we get our full strength team out.We are going well and proving all the doubters wrong about the players we have signed?we needed experienced players and they are proving a point

The Asiata/Sezer combo has been fantastic.

The last 4 named in the first team squad for tomorrow are starting in the reserves  (Farrimond, Douglas, Forber and Kerr), so looks like Keighran and Thompson in for Dupree and Mago/Forber. 

I'm surprised at AK playing tbh. He's only been out 6 weeks, I think, which seems really quick. With Eckersley going well and a free week after Magic I thought we might play it safe. I can understand Thompson though, seeing how down on props we are currently. 

Hopefully both are fully fit and it's not a 'Havard' style decision that we come to regret. 

Yeah we do have a track record of bringing injured players back too soon. Hopefully doesn't happen again as I rate AK very highly - his defence and combination with French is miles ahead of Eckersley's (obviously to be expected). Plus goal kicking can sometimes decide games, e.g. against Leeds.
