Certainly adds some size to the pack. Hopefully he will be proping so not to restrict opportunities to Walshaw, Annakin and Trout.

Certainly looks like we will be going route 1 down the middle next season. Half back please, to make the most of it!

We were at our best last year when the props got us a roll on.
It's also good advertising for scrum half as they know they'll be protected.

Good signing - agree we now just need halfbacks!

Don't get me wrong I am delighted how far we have progressed since the dark days of a few months ago.

However I think he is building what looks a very lopsided squad. The tactics next season must be that we are going to 'second row em' to death.

Lets hope there are half backs and three quarters to come to get a more balanced squad.

He is 6ft6 and 16 stone, he is a utility forward able to play prop and second row - all we need now is a half.

The packs sorted for sure. A first choice halfback is now a major priority and we'll also need some cover there if we are not re-signing Goulding. We also need some cover in the three-quarters.

to be fair he is a quality young prospect as long as he keeps the right attitude, well done on another great signing.
