Batley will no doubt play him in a proper Trout position which will later lead into interest from other clubs , by this time his loyalty my by wearing thin and in a few years he will no doubt be crossing the wrong side of the whitewash for us wakey lot

He hasn't developed enough physically for the straight forward type of game he plays (run hard, tackle hard) IMHO. If this area is addressed he could yet become a good super league standard player but is still short of it.

He probably needs to speak to the other Kyle who now plays for St. Helens who has worked on his size, strength and conditioning over the last few years to great effect and now is one of the best props in the game. Needs to bulk up another stone of muscle and move into the front row insufficient pace/skill out wide for second row.

Could this be the reason why our juniors don't develop like other teams?

Amor was at Whitehaven, got bought by Leeds and still played at Whitehaven the following season.
Amor is now 26, will be 27 at the end of May, so cut Trout some slack, still got 2 or 3 years left before he gets slung on the scrap heap!

Yep you're right he can play for us in the championship next year. Amor was signed by Leeds at 22 Trout is 23 now.

He'd do a better job than Washbrook.
