That would be amazing. Hopefully his fitness will come back quickly and all goes well with recovery. 

I’d imagine he will be playing 6 if Trueman can’t recover but I would still look to be bringing in a halfback on short term loan as we need Max at the back. 


Best case is we have Truman and Max back vs Cas. 

I understand the call for loan players, but we have to be prepared to blood young players, especially when we have an injury situation... If we ignore out youth at times like this...when do they get the chance. Stevenson might not be the finished product but he is a precocious talent, and an odd game here and there will aid his development. We also have Jayden Myers waiting in the wings for an outside back slot.

I’m a fan of making as little changes as possible. That way we can at least maintain consistency in the structures at least. 

The way for me would be Stevenson or a half on 2 week loan. 


Walmsley will more than likely come in for Russell as a straight swap.
