Quote J20="J20"Not sure if rules ‘haven’t been released’ as is mentioed Fev have sorted there’s and from news from Widnes HQ we’re just looking for the best players to sign on duel… i.e. Not a problem with rulings etc!'"
Well the last i saw on the Dual Registration was that no rules had been released. That was on 21st Oct though, so whether that has changed i haven't heard. In the words of Paul Cullen
Quote J20“Leeds are advanced in their planning, whereas we’re working with clubs who are still trying to work out what the dual registration system is because, to this point as we speak, the paperwork on dual registration isn’t in front of us.
“So it’s not nailed yet whether we can have three, four or five players, whether Widnes can take three from Warrington for example, three from St Helens, three from Wigan - that’s not nailed down and confirmed.
“A number of clubs that we’re dealing with or talking to are holding on to find out if they can play one, two, three, four or five of their players at any indivcidual club or if they have got to spread it around a bit.
“And the finance of it? That could be a RL critieria saying the club taking a player has to pay for him, or you pay half or you pay a third, or it may differ to the individual club you’re working with. Again, we’ve yet to find out what the fine detail is.”'"
