At the shirt launch night i bought into this.Ive not had or
seen any correspondance about it since.Could someone
please advise me of the benefits etc-they're was a lot
going on that night and ive forgotten.Its also a chance
to re-highlight this scheme and get others to join.

I hope that the season ticket holders don't get shafted by this membership scheme. I'd be interested to know what it is and why it hasn't come out sooner as the season starts in a months time.

So do I, but I don't think it would be anything that would affect us.

One thing I would like is an opportunity to buy an after game pass for the East Stand Lounge. I can't afford (loosely translated Mrs Halifaxjohn would not allow) to buy the meal package every week (and as I have no friends a table for one would be embarrassing) but I would like to pop in after the game a couple of times to listen to after match interviews.
However, I do understand the sponsors point of view.
Also I would like to be able to have a pint (or Four) in the South Stand Bar before taking my seat in the East Stand,

Not everyone would want that, so, perhaps a membership could be tailor made for individual requirements.

Don't want to give the amount away but I would be prepared to pay a reasonable membership fee for just those two above.

I like HalifaxJohn's idea of buying a pass, but not sure it would work when the bar is often full with diners.

Hopefully all Season Ticket holders will automatically be enrolled as members, if there are benefits to signing up I'll certainly be looking at it, not in a position where a season ticket offers me the best deal so don't buy one.

I would think any scheme such as this is done with the intention of increasing revenue for the club. Why waste time and effort otherwise?

Directors of Football and Rugby Clubs are like Socialists, they are good at spending other peoples money.

The entrance fee for games is enough for most fans in a working class Town like Halifax.

A little extra for merchandise etc but these schemes are more often than not just a way of squeezing pips out of loyal supporters.

I have to say I am suspicious of membership scheme's, they originate as far as I am aware in, Australia, where they are tied into their Leagues Clubs giving more of a ' Life style ' feel to them, perhaps including a gym membership,Tennis Club Membership ,Golf Club membership,indoor bowling membership, cheap resturant and function facilities

Sort of a Labour/Conservative/Liberal - Rugby League Club all rolled into 1 price

What ' Extra's ' are on offer apart from what can currently be paid for individually?

It seems a form of ' Elitism/snobbery to me that can IMO make it less likely to attract new support and as has been suggested is just squeezing more from less, not IMO the way to build, it seems lazy management/marketing to me

Have I missed any announcement of this? After all the build up in the videos I haven't seen anything come of it since?
