Performance from us today, shocking. We lack leadership and quality, yes we have some good players but there is no real quality. Cudjoe and McGillvary tore us apart down the right hand side today, but as a whole Huddersfield killed us in every department. The only positive to come out of today was our fans, great following.

I have to give credit to the fans that stayed. I'm not sure that your side has had time to gel and from looking that performance today it will knock the confidence of the team.

Does anyone know why Royston didn't play?

I agree with the, Huddersfield were just too good today they just tore us apart. It was frustrating watching all our fans beg for a penalty off the referee to move us further down the field.

Child was his usual whistle happy self.

But he's not the reason we played so poorly today.

The loss of Royston was a big factor I feel. That swap game he and Kearney play was not repeated by Sykes. If that's down to him lacking game time, or just not having the rugby brain to play that way, I don't know.

But there's no excuse for shipping 50 points.

Also, I've noticed a distinct lack of tweets coming from Bulls players this afternoon. Wonder if they've had an enforced blackout.

Tone was set by two players falling over each each other to let a try in in the first minute and from then on: no defence, no organisation, no plans in attack, no leadership. Shocking.

Ii thought child was awful, I don't mind whistle blowing but it's gotta be the same for both sides, hudderdield were not square regularly, not blowing for lifting on the drop out at the end, linesman flagging for touch and it being ignored....but we didnt lose because of him.

I can't think of one player I'd say had a good game or even came close, our defence was shocking and I'm not going to name names as I'd pretty much have to go through the whole squad list.

Fantastic turnout by the fans who were wholly and completely let down by the players.

Some of the defence today was unreal, especially for the Grix try. If any of us performed like that at work we would'nt get paid, simple. As much as i like Andy Lynch i dont think he is captain material, he's great going forward but we need someone shouting at the players, get them gee'd up, he doesnt even talk to them, Francis Cummins dishes out all the verbal. Some People may not agree, but i think if the rumours about Martin Gleeson are true i think we should make a move for him, and either release or loan out Paul Sykes. Also i think we need another second rower, Whitehead, Elima and Langley is a good backrow, but then we have to rely on the young kids. We have some great young players, but another older head with some quality would be ideal. I think it is one area we are struggling in, when where coming up against people like Fa'alogo and O'Donnell, Tomkins and Hoffman, Anderson and Westwood, real impact quality players, we are getting out muscled. Sibbit is no good, he looked alright in pre season, but so far in the league as been shocking. Maybe when Walker and Langley are fit we should be going with a backrow of Walker, Elima and Langley.
