| Would be a very good addition in a position we need more cover in, but if you Google the reason he is leaving it will leave you more than a little shocked.

Have you seen what he doesnt appear to be denying doing??? Think the word for what he could expect from opposition fans is Dogs abuse
But I agree a brilliant player, maybe with a name like Monaghan he could qaulify for a plastic passport.

Yeah I saw/read that . I didn't realise he's actually Michael Monaghan's younger brother, so if Joel can be non quota then I'm sure Warrington would be asking the RFL a few questions.
Strange really, the story states that his agent had arranged meetings with officials from four clubs who are out in Australia. But Harlequins, who have been widely described as favourites, ruled themselves out today.
Bradford, Salford, Castleford and Huddersfield have previously done so. If that's the case I fancy Huddersfield could be favourites for him though as they have plenty of room on the quota and money to spend after Hodgson's move to Warrington.

Not the issue though is it. He's not federation trained & therefore we don't have space for him at the moment sadly.

I wouldn't have a clue, seems to be a fluid rule.
If say one of his parents were to have been born over here wouldn't that entitle him to a British passport??

| Unless...
Henry is a European as Henry is a European surname Germanic Origin thus he's European. Cashmere, is Persian for wool so therefore a Development nation in the world of international RL. The surname Holdsworth is of British origin and Patton is of Anglo-Scottish origins oh and Bailey is apparently the 65th-most common surname in the United Kingdom, so he must be British!
Food for thought
