I would run a competition with every London Uni with a marketing degree course to come up with the most cost effective way to raise the clubs profile with a £5k bursary/grant as the prize for the winning entry (as well as free tickets for every marketing student in London for 2 games)

There's something in the idea of at least farming off the local players and bringing in another pool of antipodeans - when I start to compile a mental list of the players and coaches who've (in some cases literally) busted a gut for the club I get names like Jim Dymock, Steele Retchless, Peter Gill, 'Tank' Gordon and Tony Currie. No comment from me on eveything else as I'd just be repeating what others have already posted.
