Eccles ARLFC (Hallsworth Road)

Unicorn Pub or The Grapes on the Liverpool Road all 15 - 20 mins walk from the ground

We're thinking small pub crawl and in the RL club from seven ish onwards

Any thoughts .... alternatives ... hope to see you there

We're not likely to get there till much before 8pm. Certainly up for a - hopefully - celebratory pint or three after. Unicorn seems to be the closest? Happy with either though.

Also need to sort out where we go in the ground as there was a post saying the north stand behind the sticks is shut. I wil try and phone them tomorrow and find out the score. Purdo is going to the game as well (hope he brings his boots)'

St Michaels club is the closest, its just over the road from the Unicorn. Just follow the crowds because most of us end up in St Mikes and the Unicorn before and after the game.

It would seem the Unicorn would be the best place to meet.

Spoke to them today and the lady who answered the phone said that she hadn't heard anything about the North stand being cLosed. So if it is open is everyone happy to stand behind sticks? If closed then the north stand end of the wEst stand is I believe favourite.

Looks like the Unicorn is favourite although personally I would favour Eccles rlfc but I may go early and see how Sargy looks in the U20s for a bit and see if I can get out to met up. Knowing job worth stewards probably won't be able to
