In 2010 Wigan did not win a game with him in charge but already Wigan have won all there games were he has been in charge! is this a sign that they simply played poor and he was the ref or..... did he really not like Wigan last year

Bit of both for me, some dodgy decisions mixed with some bad performances.

He was useless on Monday as always but it was pure coincidence we lost all those games last year under him.

This made me laugh. Out loud actually.

The thing is, if we didn't have ref's we would have no game. Useless or not.

Even tho your right in what you say does that mean we should put up with their inept performances?

I thought Bentham had a great game on Monday. His video ref might have let him down but any ref that only gives 6 penalties is good in my view.

The game was slow and niggly at times though because the players didn't feel the need to get up quickly. The amount of flops going on was crazy aswell.

Compare it to the Good Friday game which was let flow at break neck speed and it didn't look a good display of reffing to me. It looked like a game that needed a few penalties to speed it up unlike good Friday.

I suppose refs can't win though. They get moaned at for giving too many penalties and likewise for not giving enough.

Does anybody else feel ref's wont give us penalties when we are dominating a game. Referee's seem to give the opposition penalties as a way to let them back into the game. A number of times on Monday, Hull KR should have been penalised for interference or offside and never were, yet we seem to commit the same offence and it is penalised.

Maybe I'm just being paranoid

The only game last year when I thought that Bentham's performance swung the tide of play strongly in favour of the opposition was at Leeds in the Cup.

Our other defeats were 100% our own responsibility.

We, being the fans, have to put up with their inept performances insomuch as we have no direct control over them.
All we can do is harangue the RL authorities and show our displeasure.

As I said ......no referees, no game.

The sin binning of Farrell was a disgrace in that game.

I like a referee who keeps the penalty count down, and he did it. Indeed, I felt Wigan got the rub of the green on a number of occasions.
