Would love this to happen! fly the Kiwi legends in for it and it'd be a great celebration of our history.

seems like a big sticking point is whether the RFL pick the KC as a venue for the test series itself. As much as I like to see events come to Hull, i'd (selfishly!) rather we got the friendly this time round.

Cant say im actually that bothered for a game against NZ tbh. I was at the final game at the boulevard more for the occasion than the opposition and personally id like to see the club do something different like a game against Bath like was mentioned in the article or even an Oz club side as part of the WCS

Cross code games aren't very entertaining on the whole. One side dominates one half, the otherwise dominates the other.

Plus it would be played in Bath and not here.

might come down to how ambitious the rfl are about putting the test series in big venues, say wembley for the 1st test, Etihad/DW for the second and Hudds for the third. i think they like using the KC though as it gives the series a nice geographical spread. unlikely to be 2 games taking place in hull, but there will almost certainly be 1 game here if that makes sense

fc v new zealand or england v new zealand at the kc. i know which id prefer!
